Community Workshops & Events

Essex District Emergency Planning Officers are arranging a series of Community Resilience Workshops which are available to members of parish councils, wards and other community groups.

The workshops will provide information from the emergency services, local authorities and other agencies such as the Met Office and Environment Agency to help you to take steps to increase the resilience of your community.  Workshops will include subjects such as, assessing risks in your area, understanding the role of responding agencies and writing Community Resilience Plans.
